Earlwood · Est. 2021
A holistic studio in Earlwood with two paths under one roof. Train with expert coaching, or learn authentic classical yoga in the lineage of Sadhguru.
Our philosophy
It is about inner balance, awareness, and living with strength and vitality. Our Holistic System combines modern science with ancient wisdom, so change is not just physical but mental and energetic too.
That is the difference at Adiyoga. We are not a timetable of interchangeable classes. We are a studio where teaching is careful, groups are small, and the practice is built to last a lifetime.
Physical
Strength, mobility, vitality
Mental

Energetic
Balance and awareness

The rare part
This is what sets us apart. We teach classical yoga as structured, workshop-style programs, in small intimate cohorts, the way it is meant to be learned. Not casual drop-in classes, but a real practice taught in the right order.
From the beginner course to Surya Kriya, the twenty-one step classical practice, and Angamardana, Sadhguru’s yoga-based fitness system, every program is grounded in authenticity and integrity.
Practice
Each practice has its own page, taught workshop-style in the lineage of Sadhguru. Start with the yoga overview.
Train
One-on-one and small-group training in Earlwood, from personal training and group classes to boxing and recovery.
The people
Real experience, real care. The people who make the practice what it is.

In their words
Across more than a hundred five-star Google reviews, one thing comes up again and again: authenticity.
My husband and I recently completed the weekend classical yoga program, Surya Kriya. The teaching was thorough and grounded in authenticity. It is rare to find such integrity with modern day yoga practices. Highly recommend if you are after the original yoga sun invocation. Thanks Ramy.
Such a great place. Holistic fitness with a wealth of knowledge on stability and functional movements. I have benefitted so much, from core strength to mobility and strength training. Highly recommend.
As a novice learning yoga, I have found the teaching exceptional. The small classes provide unique, individualised guidance through Ramy’s careful instruction. The environment is calm and meditative. This is not a generic yoga school, it is a classical yoga experience that enhances physical and mental health.
I never imagined myself as the type for daily yoga. Until I discovered Isha Hatha Yoga here. The teaching method is so carefully crafted to help you build a regular practice and experience its benefits.
