Isha Hatha Yoga

Classical Hatha in the lineage of Sadhguru, taught the way it is meant to be learned.

Isha Hatha Yoga is classical Hatha Yoga in the lineage of Sadhguru, taught as structured programs of asana, pranayama, kriya and meditation rather than casual drop-in classes. At Adiyoga in Earlwood it is taught in small groups so each practice is learned properly and can be continued at home.

What Isha Hatha Yoga is

Isha Hatha Yoga is a classical form of Hatha, carried in the lineage of Sadhguru. It brings together posture (asana), breath (pranayama), kriya and meditation into complete, structured practices.

Rather than a drop-in flow class, it is taught as programs. You learn each practice in the right order, with care, so it becomes stable and sustainable. This is what students often mean when they say it is the first time yoga has truly made sense.

Who it is for

  • Anyone wanting to learn classical yoga with authenticity and depth
  • Beginners who want to start the right way, in order
  • Experienced practitioners seeking a genuine lineage
  • People who want a practice for life, not a casual class

How it is taught

Isha Hatha is taught in small workshop-style groups, with careful, unhurried instruction and individual correction. The room is calm and considered.

From the beginner course through Surya Kriya and Angamardana, each program is grounded in the same tradition, so your practice deepens coherently over time.

Ramy Zach has been involved in fitness and sport his whole life. He moved from Czechia to Australia at twenty-one, trained as a personal trainer, and has coached clients for close to twenty years.

His path took a deeper turn when he began a committed yoga and meditation practice under Sadhguru. He went on to volunteer for four years at Sadhguru’s ashram in India, where he received his yoga certification in the classical tradition we teach today.

I never imagined myself as the type for daily yoga. Until I discovered Isha Hatha Yoga here. The teaching method is so carefully crafted to help you build a regular practice and experience its benefits.
