Boxing in Earlwood
Technique, coordination and pad work, in a room where newcomers are welcome.
Boxing at Adiyoga in Earlwood focuses on technique, coordination and pad work, with optional sparring once you are ready. Beginners are genuinely welcome and no experience is needed. You learn to move and hit properly, at your own pace, in a supportive studio.
What it is
Our boxing sessions are built around learning the fundamentals well. You drill technique on the pads, build combinations as your coordination grows, and develop real skill rather than just working up a sweat.
Sparring is always optional. Plenty of people train boxing here purely for fitness, coordination and the focus it brings, and never step in to spar. That is completely fine.
Who it is for
- Complete beginners curious about boxing, with no experience needed
- Anyone wanting coordination, focus and fitness, not just a workout
- People who enjoy learning a skill while they train
- Those who want the option to spar later, but no pressure to
What a class looks like
You are welcomed in and guided through a proper warm-up, then into pad work and technique drilled at a pace that suits you. Everything is coached, so you always know what you are working on.
As your fundamentals settle, combinations and footwork build naturally. Sparring is introduced only if and when you want it.

Such a great place. Holistic fitness with a wealth of knowledge on stability and functional movements. I have benefitted so much, from core strength to mobility and strength training. Highly recommend.
