The Adiyoga community together in the Earlwood studio

Our story

A studio built on integrity.

Adiyoga began in 2021 with a simple belief: that true fitness is about far more than muscles and movement.

Why we exist

Inner balance, lasting strength.

We believe fitness is about inner balance, awareness, and living with strength and vitality. Our Holistic System brings together modern science and ancient wisdom, so the change you feel is physical, mental and energetic.

That belief shapes everything. We keep our groups small so teaching can be careful and personal. We offer the classical practices in full, taught properly and in the right order. And we surround the practice with training, so your whole body is looked after.

Ramy Zach, founder of Adiyoga, in the Earlwood studio

The founder

Ramy

Ramy Zach has been involved in fitness and sport his whole life. He moved from Czechia to Australia at twenty-one, trained as a personal trainer, and has coached clients for close to twenty years.

His path took a deeper turn when he began a committed yoga and meditation practice under Sadhguru. He went on to volunteer for four years at Sadhguru’s ashram in India, where he received his yoga certification in the classical tradition we teach today.

That blend of modern coaching and classical practice is the heart of Adiyoga. Away from the studio, Ramy trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, rides motorcycles, and is rarely far from his dog, Rusty.

That respect for the classical traditions, paired with real coaching experience, is what gives Adiyoga its character. Careful teaching, genuine depth, and a studio that treats every person as an individual.

The team

The people who teach here.
