Beginner Yoga Course in Earlwood
The right place to start, learned properly from the very first step.
The beginner yoga course at Adiyoga in Earlwood introduces classical yoga from the start, teaching the Sun Salutation, AUM chanting, a classical mudra and a simple Kriya meditation. No experience is needed. It is the natural first step into the classical practices we teach.
What the course covers
The beginner course is designed for people who have never practised. You learn the Sun Salutation, AUM chanting, a classical mudra, and a simple Kriya meditation, each taught in order with close guidance.
It gives you a real foundation, so that if you go on to Surya Kriya, Angamardana or deeper Isha Hatha practice, you already understand how to learn and how to practise.
Who it is for
- Complete beginners who have never done yoga
- Anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals properly
- People who found generic classes confusing or unsatisfying
- Those planning to go on to the classical practices
What to expect
You begin with a conversation about where you are and what you are looking for. The course then runs in a small group, with individual attention throughout.
Expect careful, unhurried teaching. You leave able to practise what you have learned at home, which is where a real yoga habit begins.

Ramy
Founder & Yoga Teacher
Ramy Zach has been involved in fitness and sport his whole life. He moved from Czechia to Australia at twenty-one, trained as a personal trainer, and has coached clients for close to twenty years.
His path took a deeper turn when he began a committed yoga and meditation practice under Sadhguru. He went on to volunteer for four years at Sadhguru’s ashram in India, where he received his yoga certification in the classical tradition we teach today.
As a novice learning yoga, I have found the teaching exceptional. The small classes provide unique, individualised guidance through Ramy’s careful instruction. The environment is calm and meditative. This is not a generic yoga school, it is a classical yoga experience that enhances physical and mental health.
