Functional, beginner-friendly classes with real energy and good people.

Group fitness at Adiyoga in Earlwood is functional, beginner-friendly training in a supportive, high-energy room. Classes are led by Sally, a certified Les Mills trainer, and include sessions designed for women and a Friday Stretch and Unwind. Every movement is scaled, so you can start where you are.

What it is

Our group classes build real-world strength, coordination and stamina. They are designed to be approachable, with movements scaled so everyone can take part and be challenged at their own level.

Some classes are designed with women in mind. On Fridays, our Stretch and Unwind session gives the week a calm, restorative finish.

Who it is for

  • Anyone who trains better with energy and people around them
  • Women wanting a functional class built for them
  • Beginners who want a welcoming, well-coached room
  • People who want structure and technique, not just a sweat

What a class looks like

Classes are welcoming and well-coached. You are guided through a proper warm-up, the main work, and a cool-down, with every movement scaled so you can join in from day one.

The Friday Stretch and Unwind session is gentler and restorative, a deliberate way to release the week and look after your body.
