Yoga in Earlwood

Authentic classical yoga in the lineage of Sadhguru, taught with integrity.

Adiyoga in Earlwood teaches authentic classical yoga in the lineage of Sadhguru, offered as structured, workshop-style programs in small groups rather than casual drop-in classes. The practices include Isha Hatha Yoga, Surya Kriya, Angamardana, a beginner course, and meditation. Each is taught properly, in the right order, so it holds as a practice you can continue at home.

The practices we teach

Our yoga is classical Isha Hatha, taught in the tradition Sadhguru carries. Rather than a timetable of interchangeable classes, we teach complete practices as programs, so you learn each one thoroughly and can sustain it.

Choose the page for the practice you are drawn to below. If you are new, the beginner course is the natural starting point, and a short conversation helps you find the right path.

Who it is for

  • Complete beginners who want to learn yoga properly from the start
  • Experienced practitioners looking for authenticity and depth
  • People drawn to a calm, meditative practice rather than a gym-style class
  • Anyone wanting a structured path they can sustain at home

How it is taught

Programs run as small cohorts so every person gets individual guidance and correction. Instruction is careful and unhurried, with attention to alignment and breath.

You learn each practice in a workshop format, then carry it home and continue on your own. That is the point: a practice that becomes part of your life.

Ramy

Founder & Yoga Teacher

Ramy Zach has been involved in fitness and sport his whole life. He moved from Czechia to Australia at twenty-one, trained as a personal trainer, and has coached clients for close to twenty years.

His path took a deeper turn when he began a committed yoga and meditation practice under Sadhguru. He went on to volunteer for four years at Sadhguru’s ashram in India, where he received his yoga certification in the classical tradition we teach today.

As a novice learning yoga, I have found the teaching exceptional. The small classes provide unique, individualised guidance through Ramy’s careful instruction. The environment is calm and meditative. This is not a generic yoga school, it is a classical yoga experience that enhances physical and mental health.
