Personal Training in Earlwood
Focused one-on-one sessions built entirely around your body and your goals.
Personal training at Adiyoga is one-on-one coaching in Earlwood covering strength and conditioning, general fitness, sport-specific training and mobility. Sessions are planned around your body, your history and what you want to achieve, and are led by Ramy Zach, who has coached clients for close to twenty years. Enquire to arrange your first session.
What it is
Every program is built around you. Whether you want to get stronger, move better, prepare for a sport or simply feel capable again, the work is planned, coached and adjusted in real time.
Because Ramy’s background spans fitness, yoga and martial arts, training goes beyond lifting. Stability, mobility and functional movement are woven in, so you build strength that serves you outside the studio.
Who it is for
- Anyone wanting real one-on-one attention rather than a crowded gym floor
- People building strength and conditioning from any starting point
- Athletes training for a specific sport or goal
- Those returning to movement who want to be coached carefully
What a session looks like
We start with a conversation to understand your goals, your body and any history that matters. From there every session is planned and coached with full attention throughout.
Technique is corrected as you go, load is managed sensibly, and progress is tracked so each week builds on the last. It is demanding when it should be, and always considered.

Ramy
Founder & Yoga Teacher
Ramy Zach has been involved in fitness and sport his whole life. He moved from Czechia to Australia at twenty-one, trained as a personal trainer, and has coached clients for close to twenty years.
His path took a deeper turn when he began a committed yoga and meditation practice under Sadhguru. He went on to volunteer for four years at Sadhguru’s ashram in India, where he received his yoga certification in the classical tradition we teach today.
Such a great place. Holistic fitness with a wealth of knowledge on stability and functional movements. I have benefitted so much, from core strength to mobility and strength training. Highly recommend.
